Construction Supervision & Quality Control

SQC- In order to augment the project supervision & quality control capability during execution, it is proposed to engage a Supervision & Quality Control Consultant (“Consultant”). The objective for deploying the Consultant is to engage qualified & experienced supervision & quality control personnel for day-to-day monitoring of execution of multi-village water supply schemes to ensure that high quality construction is achieved and to ensure that all works are carried out in full compliance with the engineering design, technical specifications and other contract documents within the stipulated time period. The main purpose is to supervise the overall activities for an efficient execution of a multi village water supply system to provide safe, potable drinking water as per quality and quantity, with adequate pressure at convenient
location and time on a sustainable basis and advise to maintain the necessary record as per norm & inspect the records.

Third Party Inspection (TPI)

TPI-Third-Party Inspection Agency (TPIA) is to ensure Quality and Quantity and certify the measurement recorded by SQC and certify
the bills raised by the EPC contractor during execution. The objective for deploying the TPIA is to engage qualified & experienced personnel to ensure Quality and Quantity of works executed / being executed and certify the measurement.The main purpose is to ensure/check quality and quantities of overall activities for an efficient execution of a multi village water supply system to provide safe, potable drinking water as per JJM guidelines with adequate pressure at convenient location and time on a sustainable basis and ensure that SQC maintains necessary record as per norm & inspect the records.

Feasibility Studies and Conceptual Designs
