1. Site Visit and Kick-Off Meeting

The first step in our methodology is to conduct a site visit and kick-off meeting with the client. During the site visit, we will conduct a preliminary assessment of the project area, gather information about the site, and hold a meeting with the client to discuss the scope of the project and establish the goals and objectives.

2. Collection of Data and Review of Data

Following the site visit, we will begin the process of collecting and reviewing relevant data for the project, including geological and geotechnical data, topographical survey data, and any other data that is necessary for the project.

3. Conducting Village Level Meetings

We usually visit the benefitted/affected villages of the project and conduct a primary stake holder consultation to gather the local insights and site specific information.

4. Mobilization of Survey Teams

With the data collection and review process complete, we will mobilize survey teams to gather additional information and data on the site, including field measurements, soil samples, and topographical surveys.

5. Checking of Survey Data and Processing for Design

After the data is collected, our team will verify and check it for its authenticity and accuracy, and process it for design development.

6. Detailed Design and Preparation of Drawings and Estimates

Detailed Design and Preparation of Drawings and Estimates: Using the data collected, we will develop a detailed design for the project, including architectural, structural, and other relevant drawings, as well as cost estimates.

7. Preparation of DPR for Submission

After the detailed design is completed, we will prepare Detailed Project Report(DPR) that includes all the relevant information and data, which will be submitted to the relevant authorities for review and approval.

8. Getting Approval

DPR will be sent to the relevant authorities for review and approval, and we will work closely with them throughout the review and approval process.

9. Providing Execution Drawings

After the project is approved, we will provide detailed execution drawings and other necessary documents to our clients and stakeholders, which will be used for the project construction
